In 2012, a channel named plasmaMasterDon was created. The owner of the channel was an elderly man named "Plasma." "Plasma" appeared to be a kind person, and his content was all about singing. He would turn on the camera and start recording while singing. At first, "Plasma's" goal was not money or success, as some of his videos did not even reach dozens of views. Despite this, he continued to publish regularly, and the clips he posted would spread smiles and positivity. "Plasma" was a kind person, and he always cared about his followers. He would always post videos containing the names and pictures of his new followers, and he would ask them to send their names and addresses so he could send them his picture and autograph. "Plasma's" relationship with his followers reached a point where he would talk to them on Skype to sing for them.

"Plasma" suffered from some illnesses that were evident in the videos he made. The difference in his health was noticeable between his old and new videos. In 2019, the channel had almost no views, but with the COVID-19 virus, people needed a dose of positivity, and that’s what they found in the "Plasma" channel. Followers of the "Plasma" channel were impressed by the positivity it offered them, and thus the "plasmaMasterDon" channel became one of the favorite channels for many. However, a post on Reddit turned everything upside down and transformed "Plasma" from a beloved person to a hated enemy among his fans.

The post was titled "The friendly old man known for his songs was recently registered as a sex offender." The post contained a picture of "Plasma's" criminal record, and his real name was DONZEL EDWARD OWENS. Initially, the shock was so strong that no one believed this was "Plasma." They considered him to be someone who merely resembled him. However, the information in the record confirmed "Plasma's" identity. It included details about his car, which matched the one "Plasma" had shown his followers in his videos. The birth date in the record also matched "Plasma's," confirming his true identity. "DONZEL's" crime involved sexual misconduct, specifically the molestation of a child. "Plasma" served one day in jail, paid a $200 fine, and was registered as a sex offender in a government awareness publication about sexual predators. Unfortunately, "Plasma's" crime was not old compared to his fame; his case was recorded in 2019, during the peak of his success. Followers' questions increased, especially due to "Plasma's" unsettling closeness to his followers. Additionally, he asked his followers for their addresses to send them autographs, but was that his true intention? "Plasma" became a hated person, and the critical comments never stopped. Followers questioned his intentions endlessly. "Plasma" denied the accusations and did not comment on his criminal case. Five days after the scandal, "Plasma" posted a video saying his health condition was deteriorating and that he would post fewer videos and eventually delete the channel. Interestingly, "Plasma" did not delete the channel but instead deleted the critical comments and those that spoke of his true nature. After a while, "Plasma" stopped posting videos, and his channel became inactive. Fans thought he had accepted his reality as a criminal and left YouTube, but it turned out that "Plasma" had left life itself.

"Plasma's" death was confirmed by a government record. He died from the shock, and his death served as a lesson for other fraudulent individuals.
